About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join our team, providing high-quality occupational health services to businesses across Leicester and Nottingham. This is a varied and fulfilling role where you’ll have the opportunity to promote workplace well-being and support employee health.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conducting occupational health assessments, including case management, health surveillance, and return-to-work evaluations.
✔ Providing practical, evidence-based advice to both employees and employers on workplace health issues.
✔ Delivering health promotion initiatives and training sessions on well-being and occupational health topics.
✔ Ensuring businesses remain compliant with health and safety legislation and best practices.
✔ Building strong relationships with clients to foster a positive health and safety culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Occupational Health Advisor (RGN, OH Diploma/Degree) with relevant experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of occupational health legislation, policies, and best practices.
✅ Experience in case management and workplace health assessments.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and key stakeholders.
✅ A proactive and solution-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards in occupational health services.
✅ A full UK driving licence (as some travel across Leicester and Nottingham may be required).
